Refund and Returns Policy – Little Passport Crew

At Little Passport Crew, we want every purchase to be a happy experience. Please read this Refund & Returns Policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.


Digital Products

Instant Downloads

  • All digital products (e.g., travel journals, printable activities) are delivered instantly via a download link.
  • Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once the file has been delivered.

Exceptions

  • Refunds, replacements, or corrected files may be provided if:
    • The wrong file is delivered.
    • The file is corrupted or cannot be opened despite following the instructions.

Please contact us via www.littlepassportcrew.com/contact within 7 days of purchase for any issues with your digital download.


Print-on-Demand (POD) and Physical Products

Products Shipped by Partners

  • POD products may include books, drink bottles, clothing, or other merchandise produced by third-party partners such as Amazon KDP or Printful.
  • If the item is defective or damaged, customers should contact the partner’s customer service directly:
    • Amazon KDP: refunds and replacements handled via Amazon Customer Service.
    • Printful: follow the Printful support process.
  • Little Passport Crew can assist with guidance, but the partner processes the refund/replacement.

Products Shipped Directly by Little Passport Crew

  • For products shipped directly by Little Passport Crew, refunds are available only if:
    • The item is defective or damaged during shipping.
    • The wrong product was sent.
  • Contact us via www.littlepassportcrew.com/contact within 14 days of receipt.
  • We may request a photo or description of the defect before issuing a replacement or refund.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Minor errors such as typos, small printing imperfections, or layout/color differences do not qualify for a refund.
  • Items purchased during a sale or promotion are non-refundable unless defective.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
  • Digital product corrections may be provided via a new download link instead of a monetary refund.
  • POD or physical product refunds may take 3–10 business days to appear, depending on the payment provider.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are generally not available for digital products.
  • For physical products shipped directly by us, exchanges are possible only for defective or wrongly shipped items. Contact us before sending anything back.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
  • Digital products have no shipping costs.
