Little Passport Crew offers digital travel journals and print-on-demand (POD) products, which include books, drink bottles, clothing, and other merchandise produced by third-party partners such as Amazon KDP or Printful. All products are intended for personal use only.

• Digital products: instant access after purchase.
• POD / physical items: shipped by our POD partners or, in certain cases, by us directly within the Netherlands. Delivery times depend on the partner’s processing and shipping schedule.
• We strive for accuracy in descriptions, images, and content, but minor errors, typos, or color/layout variations may occur and do not qualify for a refund.

• Prices are displayed in the currency selected by WooPayments based on your location. We support multiple currencies, including EUR, USD, GBP, CAD, AUD, MYR, SGD, and others.
• Payments are processed securely via WooPayments (Stripe) and PayPal.
• All payments are final once processed, except as specified in our Refund & Returns Policy.

• Digital products: you will receive a download link immediately after purchase.
• POD products: shipped according to partner processing and shipping schedules. Some products may be shipped directly by Little Passport Crew in the Netherlands.
• Order review & acceptance: All physical (print-on-demand) orders may be subject to a brief review before fulfillment. In rare cases, we reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if fulfillment is not possible, if an order appears fraudulent, or if the order volume is unreasonably large.

All content, designs, and text in our products are © Little Passport Crew. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of our products is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Refunds are handled according to our Refund & Returns Policy:

• Digital downloads: no refunds, unless there is a technical error or incorrect file delivered.
• POD / physical items: refunds only apply if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
